But you could say that game in 2002 wasn't a one off either. It was a 38 game season and we didn't good enough points throughout.
As brilliant as our European tour was, I think that was a huge factor in why we got relegated. Unfortunately it was probably a step too far, too soon for us. | |

True, but it was an opportunity to gives ourselves a lifeline and drag another team in to it.
As one-off embarrassments go though, I agree Saturday would be up there, as would the Lincoln defeat and the 0-9 at Man U. | |
