My suggestion is bacon and scrambled eggs.
Ask for the bacon well done. You might want to specify how you want the eggs too.
Being up north they may or may not take well to you telling them how to cook your food.

When we stayed last year we went to Blend's , just around the corner in Buttermarket ( 43A) . Breakfast was perfect and cheap . As for the easyhotel , we choose it because it was cheap , but rooms are very very small and non ventilated . Definitely not for the claustrophobic !! | | | |

Yep..I read about the small rooms..Lucky I chose double room with windows at least. I have been spoiled with many stays at Novotel and Premier Inn. But we are drunk most of the time, so...
