so a few seasons back I just left my DD to run, as I have this season, assumed all was ok until a few days before season I realised I hadn't received my ST card, called up the ticket office, informed me no DD payments had been taken (maybe 3 months worth) checked bank - they were correct, no payments gone from bank. after looking into it they had applied to set up DD with my bank but supplied wrong address, so bank refused it. club didn't contact me to make me aware, just cancelled the season ticket. asked if I could still get the earlybird discount etc and they were a pain in the arse over it, eventually agreed but only if I made a one off payment to cover the previous lost three months worth what a club | |
