Get some support from the organisations suggested and there is a good chance you will win the appeal. When you get the back payment we can all celebrate together. Hope you get enough to at least pay off the season ticket.
Get someone to download Mobdbro for you and all the sports channels are free plus you get to help stop telly money destroying football!

To help make sure Troyse's case is looked at in detail and a bit more urgently, contact the Jobcentre Plus district manager Julia Nix at

St Felix House
Silent Street
Ipswich
Suffolk
United Kingdom
IP1 1TF

or email
julia.nix@dwp.gov.uk

If your MP is Sandy Martin, contact him too sandy.martin.mp@parliament.uk

He'll raise your case with Julia Nix, and possibly even direct with the Ministers. If you've one of the tory MPs, I doubt they'll care too much.

Please do take all this advice on board Troy, while it is heartwarming the outpouring of support TWTD has shown, you shouldn't just let them make you a victim of austerity without putting up a fight. Ipswich DAB, Citizens Advice, and the advice Facters has offered you on this post will give you a fighting chance to have these numbskulls put it right for you.

Good luck Troy, up the town, lets stuff the broken system 5-0 lad

Hope the appeal goes well.

As I believe has been covered on another thread, get someone involved like the DAB at Tower Street or DAS at Martlesham Heath.

Trouble is with PIP/DLA, when you claim or have claim reassessed, you really have to answer the questions from a completely 'worst case scenario'.

I work with this all the time with my job and it's so stressful and destabilising for people.

This could also be a source of support/signposting. https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Get-Support

This may also be of some guidance.

I'm more than happy to be contacted by DM to offer any kind of advocacy/information/support.

I am going to take a wild guess and assume Ipswich DAB is not the Porsche driver.
