Any builders/carpenters on here 18:32 - Jun 5 with 561 viewskizaitfc

Currently weighing up prices of a kitchen island for my new property.

Interested to see what people in the know would expect a small kitchen island (apartment for 2 people) to cost to build. Not overly fussy on the style however would prefer wooden top and space for at least 2 stools.

Seeing ones in shops ready built to buy in the price range of £250 - £500.

Thanks for any advise.
