Hasn’t signed for Brighton yet though, it’s a domino effect according to what I have read. Maguire moving on, Dunk to Leicester and Clarke subsequently moving to Brighton.

Financial return is 20% of any fee over £50k .... so Town could do with a bidding war and the price continuing to rise. Anything over £5m sees us return £1m, which is decent going. |  |
