1994/95 runs it pretty close, the only other time we've lost by a 9 goal margin. I've posted this a few times but people need to remember how sh!t we were under Burley when he came in midway through a relegation season, the results didn't change under his charge and arguably got worse.

Getting dicked every week and scoring virtually nothing.

It's a weird one this time because our worst defeat has been 3-0 3 times. We haven't had a stuffing from anyone is which pretty much unheard of for a club relegated so early

From the old first division. We have been relegated by a country mile from a rubbish league for the first time in 62 years.

Sorry I meant 9 goal, not 9-0. That's why I put margin.

Although may still get one before the end of the season

I suppose so many teams have been comfortable with us, they have simply coasted once they have been 2 - 0 in front?

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Leeds and Sheffield Utd probably need to pile on the goal difference just in case that becomes a factor so we may get a spanking. I think you're right about teams being comfortable, they just have to wait for the inevitable early defensive ***k up, take advantage and have a stroll. There's probably been a few teams resting their players against us too, to be fair most teams this season could have their tea lady or the pick of the under 12s in their starting eleven and still get 3 points from us.

I think several sides would have gone on to put as many past us as they could. Norwich especially is a case in point. We have been consistently poor but never completely thrashed. The reasons we have got so few points are: our constant catastrophic errors for most of the season, our inability to score goals in general and our lack of composure to be able to close out victories in general.

There will always be ups and downs and there have been some low points in the past. Let's hope for many more ups than downs in the near future.
