Not many of the top teams in any division make a lot of changes mid season. It's a balancing act, if you bring in new players are you going to upset the great team spirit that has got you to the top of the league in the first place.

Unfortunately Norwich's squad depth is much better than ours was that year. If they drop off the pace, I doubt they will be fighting to stay in the play off spots like we were.

For an undisclosed fee, could be like us signing Freddie for a small fee. Time will tell but would be surprised if they maintain top 2

Look solid to me. Hate to say it but can see them lasting the pace.

Hopefully WBA new signings will hit the ground running & get top 2 ahead of Norwich.

Unless its Derby who always find themselves in the playoff positions come january, then spend money and distrupt the squad and fail. If there is nothing else to find amusing each season, at least wstching Derby burn money is nice seasonal treat.

One thing is for sure, they won't fancy playing us especially if they lose tomorrow. Their fans will be more nervous than ours because the only way we can go is up and although it's possible to escape Town fans are prepared for the drop, whereas if they fail they could end up another 15 years in this League. Whereas if we drop at least we won't have the pundits stating " Ipswich have now been in the Championship for 18 seasons"
