Academy sides tend to play 4141 at the higher age groups, but still a fair amount of 442 in the lower age groups - more of a slower passing style with a bit more tiki taka on display in the younger groups from limited amount I've seen |  |

I haven't seen a lot of the youth teams, but as Joe said, tend to play 4-4-2 possession football. We need all age groups to play the same system so when they do make the step up, they know how and where to play. |  | | |

I haven't seen a lot of the youth teams, but as Joe said, tend to play 4-4-2 possession football. We need all age groups to play the same system so when they do make the step up, they know how and where to play. |
It was very noticeable the game I saw at Reading when Klug was in charge they certainly not playing McCarthy style football. | | | |
