Technical assistance please 11:08 - Jul 17 with 1030 views

I purchased last week a VPN as i live now in Australia to be able to watch football etc in the UK and listen through the BBC etc.

I was happily watching BBC IPlayer up to yesterday today i go to the BBC website iplayer has gone and when i search it tells me i am outside the UK so can't access the service.

Anyone know how i can avoid this and why all of a sudden its now happening? I have turned VPN of then back on still no luck

Still cant understand why they dont simply have an overseas license, charge for it and then this VPN nonsense wouldnt be required. You would need a logon or similar, but hardly an issue.
