They are just minced meat formed into a slightly more elongated shape, like a steak, rather than circular as burgers are. The Bird's Eye Grill Steaks used to have griddle scorch marks on, so, you know, were proper classy. Any mass-produced burgers shouldn't be eaten pink/rare/medium-rare, and I'd say the same for any burger that isn't definitely made from minced steak. | | | |
