That's a strange re-writing of history if you're serious. Did you watch the Sir Alf team? He played a similar system at Ipswich to the England team that won the World Cup and it had nothing to do with hoof ball. Leadbetter, Moran, Elsworthy, Stephenson etc etc. They were cultured players - the polar opposite to hoof-ball. |  | | |
