Audio for us mugs getting done in the UK is fine.
You need to sign in on the app I think. That's how I got it. Video button is blocked on mine (the w@nkers) |  |

I got there through "Matches" then "fixtures" then hitting the "match centre" link by the fixture.
The stream isn't live yet for me though. |  |

Thank you for contacting iFollow support.
You can access live preseason matches when available from the schedule page at the link below. Please note that only select pre season match ups will be offered.
https://www.itfc.co.uk/matches/fixtures/
You will want to select "Match Centre" next to the match you would like to view. On the next page you will see the link to watch the stream if a live stream is offered. If there is no "Watch Live" link then there will not be coverage for that match. Please be advised that all games listed on the schedule will have a "live on iFollow" link however for the pre-season this is not an indication that the game is available. Live content is currently only be accessible from a laptop or desktop computer. Once the new mobile apps are released you will have access to live on your supported mobile devices
at the moment I am I on the live link which is currently not live but with a "Coming Up"warning on screen, so just sitting here waiting. |  | | |

I subscribed an hour ago; it took all my credit card info, etc. No confirmation email. The site will let me log in, but it doesn't seem to remember I've paid and when I try to watch or listen it takes me back to the payment page. No way am I putting my info in again. yeah no commentary but good picture. Found if I went into settings (bottom right) clicked onanother resolution and then clicked back to auto picture improved dramatically

No commentary for me. If I log in on another device, I can launch the audio only stream, and get radio Suffolk, but that logs me out of the first device.
